Our Story

In November 2019, Klaudia the founder sadly lost her best friend Roxi to cancer as a result of a very poor diet. Klaudia and her family were completely unaware that so many foods perfectly healthy for human consumption, were extremely toxic for dogs. Most of all, she had no idea, that so many manufactured dog treats also contained many unhealthy ingredients.

In January 2020, Klaudia brought home a beagle puppy named Kiki, and a year and a half later, little sister Koko came along.

Klaudia wanted Kiki and Koko to have the best dog life they could dream of... and she knew, that the best way to do it was through making sure that they eat only what's best for them

 

In June 2022 Klaudia handed over the reins and recipes to Marie. Marie has previously owned a Barkery catering for dogs with allergies and sensitive stomachs, having been spurred on by her first dog Loki (followed by Nutmeg a year later), who has a sensitive belly and an insatiable appetite. With a diploma in dog nutrition and a passion for making sure the treats we give our dogs are free from nasties and inclusive for even those with special dietary requirements..
